My name is Asmaa Almahrouq. I began the career of teaching in 2017 at Tawheed School. 

Second grade was a great experience, then I decided to follow the second year in 2018. In 2020, I volunteered to teach at Tawheed as I am student teacher, pursuing my bachelors in elementary education at WGU. 

I have another semester left and I am pleased to have the opportunity to thrive and enrich my abilities at teaching 4th-6th grade Math and 4th/6th grade Science this year. 

I believe education is a very hands-on field and often requires experimentation within the classroom to discover which methods of communicating with students work best. 

As I plan for the week, tailoring my lessons to what my students’ need is what I enjoy best about teaching.
