Who We Are
TIS opened its doors in August 2015 to the westside Islamic community. The school mission was to offer parents the choice to enroll their kids in a school that emphasizes teaching Arabic, Quran, and Islamic Studies in addition to the state curriculum. The goal of the parents and members of the school was to have a Quranic-centered education for their children. The school started with only pre-school and kindergarten, 7 students, two teachers and one part-time principal. Alhamdullilah, our school has grown to over 100 students grades preK-8 in the 2021-2023 school year.
